Job Summary: We are seeking a professional with experience in procurement, inventory management, and logistics to manage the supply chain, including fuel procurement and budgetary control. Key Responsibilities: 1. Manage the supply chain and general procurement. 2. Manage inventories and negotiate with suppliers. 3. Ensure regulatory compliance and conduct market analysis. **Requirements** * Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, Logistics, or related field. * 2–3 years of experience in general procurement, inventory management, or logistics. * Intermediate–advanced Excel skills and ERP system proficiency. * Knowledge of fuel supply chain and energy regulations. **Competencies** * Organization and planning * Numerical analysis * Negotiation * Process adherence * Decision-making **Responsibilities** * Manage general procurement (supplies, spare parts, PPE, services, and consumables). * Manage and control inventories and warehouses. * Validate purchase requisitions, quotations, and purchase orders. * Negotiate pricing, delivery timelines, and terms with suppliers. * Monitor budget and generate expenditure and inventory reports. * Plan and execute fuel procurement. * Coordinate transportation, storage, and distribution logistics. * Verify regulatory compliance (CRE, ASEA, SAT, PEMEX). * Analyze market prices and identify deviations.
