Opportunity for salary growth and professional development **Procurement Officer Profile:** * Minimum 2 years of procurement experience in footwear, textiles, leather, fashion, or retail. * Experience dealing with wholesale suppliers or manufacturers. * Basic knowledge of inventory and warehouse processes. * Proficiency in Excel and administrative/commercial systems. * Organizational skills, negotiation ability, and results-oriented mindset. * Education: Technical diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Business, Commerce, or related field (preferred). **Key Responsibilities of the Procurement Officer:** * Analyze and submit purchase requests to suppliers. * Prepare reports to support decision-making. * Manage physical and digital documentation. * Receive goods jointly with the warehouse coordinator. * Generate supplier payment orders, update accounts payable and receivable. * Provide general support to operational management on commercial projects. * Participate in selection of new models or collections. * Coordinate with sales and marketing teams for product launches or promotions. * Assist in physical inventory counts and internal audits. * Coordinate returns or exchanges with suppliers. * Prepare procurement, sales, cost, margin, and turnover reports for management. * Monitor product turnover and performance during low- and high-season periods. * Analyze inventory and best-selling products to evaluate supplier and brand performance in generating company profitability. * Develop accurate forecasts for product assortment during regular and seasonal periods. * Control and archive physical and digital documentation (invoices, purchase orders, payments). **We Offer:** * Positive work environment. * Salary growth based on competencies and proposals. * Central work location (San Juan de Dios). * Immediate hiring. **Working Hours:** * Monday to Friday, 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. * Saturday, 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. Employment Type: Indefinite-term position Salary: Starting from $13,000.00 per month Benefits: * Discounts and preferential pricing * Option for indefinite-term contract Education: * Incomplete or ongoing Bachelor’s degree (preferred) Experience: * Procurement: 1 year (preferred) Willingness to Travel: * 25% (preferred) Work Location: On-site employment
