Medication receipt and quality control **POSITION: PHARMACY ASSISTANT** **VACANCIES: 3 AVAILABLE** **1\- Demsa Pharmacy Branch Guadalajara located at Av. de las Américas 88, Ladrón de Guevara, Lafayette, 44600 Guadalajara, Jal.** **Job Requirements** * Minimum education required: High school diploma, Pharmacy Technician certification, or related completed degree. * Minimum 1 year of verifiable experience in the pharmaceutical industry. * Knowledge and skills in customer service, cash handling, and inventory management. * Proficiency in office tools, especially Microsoft Office. * Work location: Av. de las Américas 88, Ladrón de Guevara, Lafayette, 44600 Guadalajara, Jal. **Job Responsibilities** * Provide high-quality customer service, both in person and via telephone. * Fill prescriptions from banks and insurance providers, ensuring accurate medication dispensing. * Prepare local and external orders, guaranteeing timely delivery. * Perform cash register closing procedures and operate banking terminals. * Maintain pharmacy cleanliness and organization, including shelves and common areas. * Receive medications from suppliers, verify details, and record them in the SAP system. * Verify batch numbers and expiration dates of received medications. * Return medications to suppliers as appropriate. * Quote products in the SAP system and generate pharmacy invoices. * Record temperatures appropriately using measurement instruments. * Ensure proper medication handling by applying the First-In-First-Out (FIFO) method. * Arrange and relabel products to ensure correct identification. * Conduct inter-pharmacy transfers following established procedures. * Manage the petty cash fund and request pharmacy supplies. * Supervise home deliveries to ensure they are carried out correctly. * Segregate medications nearing expiration, following established protocols. * Submit purchase orders to the procurement department to ensure adequate supply. **Compensation and Additional Benefits** * Salary: $12,000 monthly. * Productivity bonus: $4,000\. * Monthly food vouchers: $1,000\. * Punctuality bonus: $500\. * Attendance bonus: $500\. * Savings fund: 9%. * GMM * Life insurance. * Bi-weekly payment.
