Collaboration in incident resolution. **Position:** Logistics Assistant **Position Objective:** Provide operational and administrative support in logistics processes, ensuring accurate data entry, tracking, and control within management systems and platforms, as well as supporting the coordination and execution of transportation operations. **Functions and Responsibilities:** * Information Entry and Control: Enter Sales Orders (SO) and Purchase Orders (PO) into Odoo. * Maintain updated rate information in the corresponding systems. * Update and organize files in operational drives. * Reconciliations and Administrative Control: Reconcile trip vouchers with coordinators and carriers. * Track carriers’ invoice uploads in TGX. * Review and pre-approve invoices in TGX, verifying cost, sales, origin, destination, transportation mode, and dates. * Operational Tracking: Monitor vehicle status (Control Tower). * Support transportation procurement and onboarding of new carriers. * Support the Coordination Department. * Assist the Logistics Coordinator in scheduling and tracking trips. * Collaborate in resolving incidents with customers and carriers. **Experience:** Minimum 1 year in logistics, transportation, or administrative areas. **Knowledge:** Proficiency in logistics management platforms (Odoo, TGX, or similar); Excel; Document control and reconciliation processes. **Competencies:** Organization and attention to detail; teamwork and effective communication; proactivity and follow-up ability Employment Type: Full-time, Indefinite-term contract Salary: $11,000.00 - $12,000.00 per month Benefits: * Savings fund * Life insurance * Complimentary uniforms * Grocery vouchers Work Location: On-site employment
