




Job Summary: Café Brújula is seeking a Purchasing Manager to develop and manage the supply chain, optimizing costs and ensuring quality within a solid project. Key Highlights: 1. Excellent work environment and job stability. **Café Brújula, a reference in specialty coffee in Oaxaca**, is looking for a professional eager to grow within the specialty coffee industry as **Purchasing Manager**, and to join a solid, expanding project with a long-term vision. **Workplace:** González Ortega No. 508, Col. La Noria, Oaxaca de Juárez **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday, 09:00–17:00; Saturdays, 09:00–14:00. **Main Responsibilities** * Plan and oversee the company’s procurement activities. * Negotiate commercial terms, prices, quality, and delivery timelines with suppliers. * Ensure purchases are conducted through formal procedures and purchase orders in the system. * Manage the end-to-end procurement process—from supplier selection to payment scheduling. * Monitor procurement budgets and analyze costs. * Develop and maintain a reliable and competitive supplier database. * Identify cost-saving and cost-optimization opportunities. * Assess supply chain risks and develop contingency plans. * Implement improvements in procurement processes. * Ensure timely supply for daily operations. **Education:** * Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Accounting, Logistics Engineering, Business Management, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
