




Job Summary: This position seeks a Construction Administrative Assistant to ensure administrative control, incident management, documentation, expense tracking, and supplier coordination. Coordinates with corporate departments for effective communication. **A national construction company specializing in the execution of construction projects seeks:** **Construction Administrative Assistant** **Job Objective:** To ensure proper administrative control of construction sites through incident management, personnel support, documentation, expense tracking, supplier coordination, and reporting—guaranteeing operational order, compliance with internal processes, and effective communication with corporate departments. **Employment Offer:** * **Monthly Salary:** $14,000.00 net MXN per month + Statutory Benefits. * **Work Modality:** On-site * **Working Hours:** * Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. * Saturdays, 8:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. * **Work Location:** Playa del Carmen, Quintana Roo. **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree in Administration or related field. * Prior experience in administrative functions (preferably in construction sites or construction projects). * Experience managing incident reports and documentation. * Strong organizational skills, information tracking, and data control. * Willingness to work on-site (at construction sites). **Desirable Knowledge:** * Managing staff attendance and incident records. * Preparing payroll drafts. * Handling physical and digital files. * Managing petty cash and expenses. * Tracking invoices and supplier documentation. * Preparing administrative reports. * Coordinating with corporate departments (HR, Payroll, Accounting, Procurement). **Main Responsibilities:** * Monitor site personnel attendance (arrivals, departures, tardiness, absences). * Consolidate incident reports and prepare weekly payroll drafts (overtime, leave requests, medical certificates). * Compile, update, and safeguard personnel files (physical and digital). * Control and archive key site documentation (contracts, logs, reports, delivery notes). * Administer petty cash and record site expenses with supporting documentation. * Receive, verify, and track supplier invoices and documentation. * Prepare periodic administrative reports (attendance, incidents, expenses, status updates). * Coordinate information and requests with corporate departments (HR, Payroll, Accounting, Procurement). * Manage requisitions and control administrative supplies for the site (stationery, forms, reports). * Control access for personnel, suppliers, and visitors, maintaining updated records.
