




Position Summary: We are seeking an administrative professional to maintain the company’s financial integrity, ensure regulatory compliance, and optimize costs through procurement and inventory management. Key Highlights: 1. End-to-end invoicing management and payment complements. 2. Strategic procurement department administration to optimize costs. 3. Effective inventory coordination and control. **Purpose of the Role:** Maintain the company’s financial integrity and ensure compliance with regulations, internal processes, and policies. **Responsibilities:** * Invoicing control * Issuance of payment complements * Uploading invoices to external portals * Maintaining updated physical client files * Registering new suppliers, clients, and products * Managing the procurement department to optimize costs and control expenses * Inventory coordination and control * Petty cash administration **Required Experience:** * Administrative knowledge in procurement * ERP system proficiency (SAE, Odoo) * Excel proficiency **Competencies:** * Negotiation skills * Results orientation * Teamwork * Anticipation * Time management **Location:** Jardines de Casa Nueva Ecatepec Statutory Benefits (IMSS, Vacation, Year-end Bonus) Job Type: Full-time Salary: $10,000.00 - $12,000.00 per month Workplace: On-site employment
