Responsibilities * Preparation and tracking of purchase orders. * Registration and control of supplier invoices. * Validation of internal requisitions. * Tracking and scheduling of payments with the accounting department. * Onboarding and updating of suppliers in the system. * Control and archiving of physical and digital documentation. * Supplier communication and follow-up. Requirements * Completed high school diploma or technical degree/bachelor’s degree in Administration, Accounting, or related field. * Minimum 1 year of experience in procurement, accounts payable, or administrative roles. * Intermediate-level Excel proficiency. * Basic knowledge of invoicing. * Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
