




Position Summary: We are seeking an Accounts Payable Assistant to manage supplier payments, ensure regulatory compliance, and prepare reports, contributing to accounting efficiency. A leading refrigeration company is looking for an **ACCOUNTS PAYABLE ASSISTANT (ACCOUNTING)** **Position Objective** Ensure efficient, timely, and accurate management of supplier and third-party payments, ensuring compliance with accounting, tax, and internal regulatory policies, as well as report preparation, incident tracking, and maintenance of strong supplier relationships. **Main Responsibilities** * Integrate and validate supporting documentation for purchases and expenses. * Review, validate, and record supplier invoices in accordance with tax, contractual, and authorization requirements. * Verify reconciliation among purchase order, goods/services receipt, and invoice (3-way match). * Schedule and execute supplier payments within established deadlines. * Track payment supplements and notify of credit payments made. * Process payments and set up bank accounts on the **Net Cash** platform. * Prepare weekly accounts payable reports. * Reconcile balances with suppliers and track payment-related incidents. * Keep supplier master data updated in the ERP system. * Support integration of accounting and tax information for tax calculation purposes. * Propose process improvements for accounts payable to optimize timelines and reduce errors. **Requirements** * Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or related field. * Knowledge of accounting and administration. * Proficiency in **Intermediate Excel**, Word, and tax platforms. * Basic knowledge of accounting systems and ERP. * Analytical ability and attention to detail. * Communication skills. * Responsible handling of confidential information. **Competencies** * Organization and planning. * Discretion and professional ethics. * Ability to work under pressure and results-oriented. **Apply through this channel and join our team** Job Type: Full-time Salary: $10,800.00 - $11,200.00 per month Work Location: On-site employment
