We are seeking a Project Manager with experience in coordinating launch activities in painting and body shop areas to support an automotive OEM in managing, installing, and commissioning industrial projects. **Key Responsibilities:** * Transfer specific activities, including workflow initiation, legal checklist, P2P (Procure\-to\-Pay), technical supplier review, supplier transitions, SPMC, TLC analysis, etc. * RFQ (Request for Quotation): data collection and package creation. * Development and execution of business cases. * Support the PIP (Process Improvement Plan) between the materials team and suppliers. * Supplier contact, selection, and follow-up. * Strategic alignment with cross-functional commercial partners. * Analyze cost structures, tariff impacts, total landed cost and savings impact, as well as supplier capabilities to support decision-making. * Maintain procurement documentation and reporting in collaboration with the PMO (Project Management Office). * Ensure compliance with regulatory, commercial, and internal procurement requirements. **Requirements** * Experience with systems and tools: Oracle, MWS, Smartsheet, BI, Spotfire * Clear and concise verbal and written communication skills. * Analytical ability and attention to detail. * Prior procurement experience. * Experience in data management, Excel, and Power BI. * Supplier relationship management. * Project management, especially milestone and deliverable tracking. * Negotiation, analytical, and problem-solving skills. * Ability to calculate and clearly communicate total landed cost and savings/transfer impact. **Benefits** * Competitive base salary. * Major medical insurance (including dental and vision). * 15 days’ year-end bonus. * 25% vacation premium. * 12 vacation days from the first year. * Social security (IMSS). * Biweekly food vouchers. * PTU (profit-sharing).
