Administer and control petty cash (cash float). 2. Review, validate, and record minor expense vouchers in the internal system. 3. Verify that invoices comply with current tax requirements. 4. Request petty cash replenishments. 5. Prepare weekly/monthly expense and invoicing reports. 6. Perform analysis, recording, and reconciliation for month-end closing. 7. Monitor advances, travel allowances, and employee deductions. 8. Control and archive supporting documentation. 9. Support internal and external audits. 10. Ensure compliance with internal expense policies. 11. Supervise travel agency operations. 12. Manage and control corporate card expenses. 13. Provide user support. 14. Carry out purchases and payments related to minor expenses. Experience: 2–4 years of experience in expense control, petty cash management, or administrative functions. Electronic invoicing expertise. Budgetary control experience. Intermediate–advanced Excel skills. Petty cash control experience. Knowledge of tax invoicing requirements (CFDI). Basic accounting entry knowledge. SAP experience (preferred). Accounting entry registration in systems (preferred).
