Objective: Align learning with organizational goals through needs assessment (DNC), logistical coordination, and impact evaluation of development initiatives. Requirements: Gender: Unrestricted Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Administration, Pedagogy, Human Resources, or related field Minimum 2 years verifiable experience **Knowledge:** Training techniques, instructional design, performance evaluation, and training regulations; implementation of NOM-035. **Tools:** Proficiency in Office suite (Excel), Power BI **Skills:** Assertive communication, organization, results-oriented mindset, proactivity, and public speaking ability.
