QUEST DIAGNOSTICS is the leading clinical laboratory testing company in the United States, with a global presence. ***We are seeking a Technical Support Analyst*** REQUIREMENTS * Technical degree in computing, University Higher Technician in computing, Bachelor’s or Engineering degree in computing, or related field. * Experience in technical support for systems, networks, and communications (mandatory). * Knowledge of maintenance for physical infrastructure installations. * Preventive and corrective maintenance for IT and physical infrastructure. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office. * Intermediate English (desirable). * Adherence to and follow-up on procedures. * Excellent service attitude and eagerness to learn new technologies. PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES: * Hardware and software troubleshooting via telephone, email, or support ticketing system. * Installation of software, hardware, and peripheral devices for users. * Resolution of network system issues. * Troubleshooting user access, software, and hardware issues. * Documentation of each case. * Timely escalation when assistance is required.
