The ideal candidate must possess a strong understanding of recruitment best practices and a passion for delivering an exceptional candidate experience. Responsibilities: \- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates. \- Identify and build relationships with external recruitment sources and social media platforms. \- Conduct interviews and assess candidate suitability for open positions. \- Coordinate interviews and selection processes. \- Negotiate job offers and close candidates. \- Maintain records of recruitment and selection activities. Requirements: \- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field. \- Minimum 2 years of recruitment experience for administrative, managerial, and technological positions. \- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. \- Experience using applicant tracking systems and social media for recruitment. \- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple assignments simultaneously.
