Proficiency in email configuration and administration Job Description: Requirements: * Age: 24 to 35 years old * Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Computer Systems Engineering * Prior technical support experience: Fault diagnosis, preventive and corrective maintenance of computer equipment; installation, configuration, diagnosis, and resolution of hardware and software issues; database backups; handling and resolving on-site and remote technical support tickets; email configuration and administration; preparation and management of audiovisual events; knowledge of and maintenance for Zeta printers * Minimum one year of experience performing similar duties * High sense of responsibility * Analytical ability * Proactive attitude * Strong communication skills * High level of organization * Immediate availability Employment Type: Full-time Salary: $12,000.00 per month Benefits: * Salary increases * Option for indefinite-term contract Work Location: On-site employment
