Position Name: Supply Chain Management (Supervisory). Reports to: Administration Department. Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9 a.m. to 6 p.m., including lunch break. Position Objective. Manage and coordinate activities related to purchasing inputs, products, and materials required for company operations, ensuring cost optimization, product quality, and timely availability of purchased items. Supervise procurement and inventory analysts, and collaborate closely with other key departments to ensure operational continuity. Ensure timely deployment of inputs. General Responsibilities. * Monitor procurement management necessary for company operations. * Plan and execute purchases of inputs, machinery, spare parts, and other materials required for production and operations. * Negotiate with domestic and international suppliers to secure optimal pricing, quality, and delivery terms. * Maintain appropriate control over supplier contracts and agreements. * Evaluate and select suppliers, conducting periodic audits to ensure compliance with agreements. * Establish and maintain long-term business relationships with the most reliable and strategic suppliers. * Inventory Control: a) Supervise inventory management jointly with the inventory analyst, ensuring material and product availability without excessive stock. b) Analyze and manage inventory levels, performing demand forecasting and monitoring product turnover. c) Ensure integrity and accuracy of inventory records in the system. * Procurement Planning and Strategy. * Supervise, train, and develop subordinates. * Ensure all procurement activities comply with applicable legal, sanitary, and quality regulations in the agro-industrial sector. * Identify and manage crises. * Collaborate with departments to achieve company objectives. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Accounting, Economics, or related fields. Procurement experience.
