Supports document digitization and management systems **Position Objective:** The Security Archive Analyst for Private Security is responsible for managing, organizing, and safeguarding documents and reports related to the operational and administrative processes of the private security company. This position ensures that all documentation complies with internal and external regulatory requirements regarding quality, legality, and confidentiality. **Main Responsibilities:** * **Document Management:** * Receives, classifies, and archives all documentation relevant to security operations. * Ensures all documents are correctly labeled and organized according to the company’s internal regulations. * Verifies that physical and digital documents are in good condition and readily accessible to authorized personnel. * **Control and Tracking:** * Conducts periodic archive audits to verify proper preservation and filing of documents. * Maintains up-to-date records of all archived documents. * Monitors document expiration dates and ensures necessary renewals or updates are performed. * **Confidentiality and Security:** * Guarantees that information stored in archives is protected and accessible only to authorized personnel. * Implements measures to prevent unauthorized disclosure of sensitive or confidential information. * Complies with data security and privacy regulations mandated by local and international laws. * **Digitization and Electronic Management Systems:** * Supports document digitization and implementation of electronic document management systems. * Manages access to electronic documents and ensures the computer systems used operate under optimal security and functionality conditions. * **Administrative Support:** * Provides support to operational and administrative staff in accessing documents. * Prepares reports on the status of archives and documents. * Collaborates in preparing documentation for internal or external audits and reviews. * SALARY $13,400 **GROSS** **Requirements:** * **Education:** * High school diploma, technical degree, or related undergraduate degree (preferably in administration, law, or related fields). * Certifications or courses related to records management or information security (desirable). * **Experience:** * Minimum 1 year of experience in roles related to records management, preferably within private security companies or similar organizations. * **Skills:** * Knowledge of classification, archiving, and management of physical and digital documents. * Proficiency with computer tools (Microsoft Office, document management systems). * Ability to work under pressure and maintain attention to detail. * Organizational skills and ability to follow standardized procedures. * **Competencies:** * High sense of responsibility and reliability. * Commitment to information confidentiality and security. * Analytical and problem-solving abilities. * Ability to communicate effectively with other departments. **Working Conditions:** * Work schedule: Monday to Friday, from 9:00 to 18:00 hours (may include availability outside regular hours depending on workload). * Workplace: Depending on the company, may be located at corporate offices, document storage centers, or in a hybrid arrangement. * Salary: 13,400 GROSS Position Type: Full-time Salary: Up to $13,400.00 per month Benefits: * Savings fund * Life insurance * Grocery vouchers Workplace: On-site employment
