Position Summary: We are seeking a QA Engineer to design, execute, and validate software testing, collaborating with technical teams to ensure incident resolution. Key Highlights: 1. Design and execution of comprehensive tests for functionality validation. 2. Collaboration with technical teams to resolve incidents. 3. Analytical thinking and adaptability to agile methodologies. Responsibilities: * Analyze functional and technical requirements to design comprehensive test strategies and plans. * Design and execute test scenarios and cases required to validate implementation of requested functionalities. * Perform manual testing (functional, regression, integration, smoke, UAT). * Identify, document, and track defects using management tools (Azure DevOps, Jira, or others). * Validate integrations among services, REST APIs, and databases. * Collaborate with developers, analysts, and technical leads to ensure incident resolution. Job Requirements: Education: * Bachelor’s degree in Systems Engineering, Computer Science, Software Development, or related field. * Experience: * Minimum 1 year of experience in software quality assurance. * Languages: * Technical English (preferred). Technical Knowledge: * Functional, regression, integration, and API validation testing. * Log analysis, service monitoring, and data validation using tools such as Grafana, Kibana, SQL, or Postman. * Documentation of test results and management of test evidence. * Use of management tools such as Azure DevOps or Jira (preferred). * Basic knowledge of test automation (Selenium, Cypress, TestNG, JUnit, xUnit, or Postman Collections) (preferred). * Basic knowledge of functional testing and microservices-level testing strategies (preferred). Skills and Competencies: * Analytical thinking and attention to detail. * Ability to anticipate risks and detect unanticipated scenarios. * Clear and effective communication with technical and functional teams. * Autonomy, proactivity, and ability to work towards defined objectives. * Adaptability to projects using agile methodologies (Scrum) (preferred).
