Job Description A leading services company seeks a Payroll Analyst with solid experience in payroll processing, incident control, and personnel administration. The position is 100% operational and requires hands-on experience in payroll calculation, incident handling, and administrative process control. Main Responsibilities * Biweekly and weekly payroll calculation. * Incident management: absences, tardiness, overtime, vacations, medical leaves, and severance payments. * Integration of earnings and deductions. * Validation of salaries and benefits. * Control of personnel onboarding, offboarding, and transfers. * Payroll or ERP system management. * Generation and stamping of payroll CFDIs. * Handling of personnel-related incidents. * Updating of payroll templates and reports. * Information control and confidentiality. Mandatory Requirements Apply only if you meet all the following requirements: * Minimum of 1 year’s experience as a Payroll Analyst or similar role. * Experience calculating payroll for at least 200 employees. * Intermediate or advanced Excel skills. * Knowledge of weekly and biweekly payroll processing. * Incomplete or completed bachelor’s degree in Administration, Accounting, or related field. Recent graduates without experience will not be considered.
