




**Job Objective:** Execute, control, and analyze the comprehensive payroll process, ensuring accurate and timely calculation of salaries, benefits, and deductions in accordance with current labor and tax legislation, using the **CONTPAQi Nóminas** system, guaranteeing accuracy, confidentiality, and regulatory compliance. **Functions and Responsibilities:** * Process weekly, biweekly, and/or fortnightly payroll in **CONTPAQi Nóminas**. * Employee onboarding, offboarding, and modifications in the system and in IDSE. * Calculation and CFDI payroll receipt stamping. * Control and calculation of payroll incidents: absences, tardiness, overtime, vacations, bonuses, disabilities, and severance payments. * Determination and review of deductions (IMSS, INFONAVIT, ISR, alimony, etc.). * Payroll vs. accounting reconciliation. * Generation of payroll, labor cost, and accrual reports. * Support for monthly and annual payroll closings. * Handling and clarification of internal payroll-related incidents. * Safeguarding and control of employee files and labor documentation. * Compliance with obligations before IMSS, INFONAVIT, and SAT related to payroll (in coordination with the accounting department). * Participation in internal or external payroll audits. **Job Requirements:** * **Education:** Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field. * **Experience:** 2 to 4 years in a similar position. * **Technical Knowledge:** * Mandatory proficiency in **CONTPAQi Nóminas**. * Labor legislation, IMSS, INFONAVIT, and ISR regulations. * Payroll CFDI stamping. * Intermediate/advanced Excel skills.
