We are looking for a Payroll Specialist to join Grupo Bari’s team. Your main role will be: To administer, calculate, and process employee payroll accurately and on time. To ensure proper disbursement of payments and compliance with employer obligations (IMSS, INFONAVIT, FONACOT, SAT). To maintain up-to-date information regarding personnel movements, vacations, incidents, benefits, deductions, and salary adjustments. To guarantee that the employee roster contains accurate and current data for all workers. Activities: * Calculate, validate, and process regular and extraordinary payroll (bonuses, commissions, overtime, etc.). * Record and validate incidents: absences, leaves, disabilities, vacations, tardiness, and other movements. * Carry out weekly cash payments correctly to workers. * Submit affiliation transactions (registrations, cancellations, and salary adjustments) to IMSS via SUA and IDSE. * Generate and deliver payroll receipts (digital or physical) to workers. * Perform calculations and payments of severance and liquidation settlements in accordance with applicable law. * Prepare and send weekly and biweekly payroll reports to Accounting. * Submit SIROC, SISUB, and ICSOE reports within the deadlines established by labor authorities. * Process registrations, cancellations, and employer modifications at each fiscal and labor authority. Required Experience * Calculation and processing of weekly, biweekly, and monthly payrolls. * Management of statutory and supplemental benefits (vacations, year-end bonus, vacation premium). * Filing and calculation of tax withholdings and contributions (ISR, IMSS, INFONAVIT, FONACOT). * Proven experience using SUA, IDSE, SIPARE, and SAT systems. * Experience handling NOMINPAQ. * Preferred experience in companies with over 200 employees in the construction industry.
