Are you ready to be part of the change? ***Payment Coordinator*** **Job Mission:** Efficiently support the internal payment process to project owners, suppliers, and contractors, ensuring compliance with applicable policies and timely execution to avoid delays in deliveries or construction activity execution. **Your Impact:** As a ***Payment Coordinator***, you will have the opportunity to directly contribute to our mission by playing a key role in: 1. Maintaining detailed records of ongoing, pending, and completed payment processes—including their current status, and the required documentation and procedural requirements for each. 2. Maintaining consistent communication with internal users through weekly meetings/email, and Office 360 applications to keep them informed of payment status. 3. Obtaining, reviewing, and consolidating all necessary documentation—both internal and external (suppliers, service providers)—to execute payment processes. 4. Processing payment requests and/or executing required payments for services, goods, or owners, in accordance with applicable Policy and within the timelines specified in the KPIs defined for this position. 5. Processing check requests for owner compensation payments under DDV, coordinating with the Finance Department for timely and accurate check issuance, and coordinating with contractors, DDV analysts, and the DDV database for check and payment tracking. 6. Ensuring authorized payments are executed within their scheduled dates. **COMPETENCIES:** Bachelor’s degree (Engineering) or related field. Proficiency in SAP, advanced Microsoft Office Suite, negotiation skills, knowledge of billing, payment, procurement, and contracting processes.
