Dünnpharma is seeking a Microbiology Analyst to provide microbiological support ensuring the safety of raw materials, processes, and finished products at Dünnpharma S.A. de C.V., guaranteeing their quality. FUNCTIONS: Comply with Good Manufacturing Practices, Good Documentation Practices, and Good Laboratory Practices. Perform microbiological analyses of raw materials, intermediate products, bulk products, and finished products, as well as samples from stability studies, in accordance with current microbiological methodologies. Maintain the microbiology area clean and sanitized. Handle microbial strains and culture media. Maintain and preserve the strain repository. Maintain an adequate stock of supplies for work in the microbiology area. Monitor the sanitation schedule for areas. Conduct antimicrobial activity evaluation (microbial challenge) of sanitizers in prepared-use solutions from the production area. Perform environmental microbiological monitoring of manufacturing areas, warehouse, and microbiology area. Perform microbiological analysis of surfaces of various manufacturing equipment, as required. Perform microbiological analysis of samples from the water purification system. Properly manage Biological-Infectious Hazardous Waste (BIHW) in the microbiology area. Perform sampling and microbiological analysis of hands from production personnel. Perform microbiological monitoring of compressed air at critical points. Prepare microbiological analysis reports. Properly use equipment and instruments in the microbiology area. Correctly conduct investigations of Out-of-Specification (OOS) results according to current procedures.
