




Job Summary: We are seeking a proactive analyst to monitor commercial KPIs, conduct daily telephone follow-ups with the sales team, and manage databases—with a focus on improving performance. Opportunity to directly impact the achievement of strategic goals. **Main Responsibilities:** * Monitor and analyze commercial KPIs to measure performance. * Conduct **daily follow-up primarily via telephone calls** with the sales team to verify sales status, activities, and goal attainment. * Make frequent calls to collect, verify, and update commercial information. * Manage databases to ensure data quality, reliability, and organization. * Evaluate the sales team’s performance against strategic goals. * Provide telephone feedback on results, progress, and areas for improvement. * Maintain continuous communication with the sales team to ensure goal and process compliance. **Requirements / We Are Looking For:** * Experience in commercial KPI analysis (preferred). * Intermediate–advanced Excel proficiency **mandatory**. * Experience with Power BI (preferred). * Strong verbal communication skills and **a genuine interest in call-based and telephone follow-up work**. * Effective verbal and written communication skills. * Analytical ability, results orientation, and strategic thinking. * Organization, consistency, and proactivity. **Working Conditions:** * Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.; Saturdays, 9:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. * One Saturday off per month. * Base salary: $12,000 gross. * Statutory benefits. * Savings fund.
