Job Summary: We are seeking a Junior ERP-CRM Analyst to support system implementation and configuration, and to develop digital tools. Key Highlights: 1. Opportunity for professional growth in systems and business operations We are looking for a ***JUNIOR ERP\-CRM ANALYST*** **IMPORTANT: MUST RESIDE IN MÉRIDA, YUCATÁN AND BE A RECENT GRADUATE \- INTERNSHIP CANDIDATE** **Job Objective:** To support ERP/CRM system implementation and configuration, and to develop digital tools facilitating administrative operations. Main Responsibilities * Configuration and data updates in ERP/CRM systems. * Creation and maintenance of products, materials, attributes, lists, and system rules. * Basic parametrization of manufacturing processes, including consumption and manufacturing deductions. * Support to internal users on functional and IT-related topics. * Development of digital files, dashboards, templates, or tools. * Assistance in cost analysis, rate tables, and operational structure of a business unit. * Data validation. **Requirements:** * Must reside in Mérida, Yucatán. * Recent graduate\-internship candidate in Industrial Engineering, Logistics, or related field. * English level B2. * Intermediate Excel knowledge. * Programming knowledge (preferred). **Profile:** * Analytical thinking. * Attention to detail. * Interest in systems, data, and processes. * Proactivity and willingness to learn. * Problem-solving ability. **We Offer:** * Base monthly net salary: $10,000, paid biweekly. * Statutory benefits: IMSS, INFONAVIT, FONACOT, vacation days, vacation bonus, and year-end bonus. * Opportunity for professional growth in systems and business operations. * Exposure to real projects from day one. **Working Hours:** 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM, Monday to Friday.
