Efficient invoice processing and accounting allocation We are seeking a Junior Accounts Payable Analyst **General Objective** Analyze, review, and register various corporate payments through payment forecasting to ensure timely and prompt execution using the ERP system, while adhering to established policies and processes to generate real-time reports and information. Responsibilities: * Validate issuance and internal approvals of tickets, submitted documents, and invoices against purchase orders. * Verify that supporting documents for each payment request comply with SAT tax regulations. * Process all received invoices accurately, efficiently, and promptly for payment. * Perform invoice processing and accounting allocation within the system.
