Position Summary: We are seeking personnel for the IT Department to install, configure, provide support for, and maintain communication and video surveillance systems and equipment. Technical support to users and equipment maintenance. We are a Yucatecan company with over 24 years of experience in the medium- and high-voltage electrical materials industry. We are currently seeking personnel for our IT Department, located in the San Vicente Chuburná neighborhood of Mérida. **Requirements:** * Technical-level education; bachelor’s degree or engineering in related fields is desirable. * Minimum one year of mandatory experience in similar positions or functions. * Valid driver’s license (standard vehicle). * This position requires attending to the needs of three offices located in different locations; therefore, availability to travel between sites is required. **Knowledge:** * Proficiency in writing and executing SQL statements (Query) (Management Studio) * Server administration (Active Directory, IIS, and additional roles) * cPanel (Hosting) or Plesk * Handling and configuration of network equipment (IP cameras, routers, switches, PCs, NAS, PBX) * Structured cabling installation * Basic tools (multimeter, drill, network crimping tools, ladders) * Linux server and Python programming language knowledge is desirable. * Familiarity with networking and cybersecurity standards (ITIL, ISO/IEC 27001\) **Responsibilities:** * Install, remove, enable, and/or configure computing equipment, communication systems, and video\-surveillance systems, following established company procedures and standards. * Conduct tests and diagnostics on installed equipment and systems to ensure optimal performance and compliance with required technical specifications. * Provide technical support to users in case of equipment or system failures or issues. * Advise on basic usage of software or platforms employed by the company. * Update user guides related to software implemented by the company. * Perform physical cleaning (removal of dust and dirt from equipment components) to prevent performance degradation and extend equipment lifespan. * Record performed maintenance activities in the ERP system. * Conduct inventory of backup equipment and validate changes to computing equipment with management. **We Offer:** * Gross monthly salary of 12,200 pesos * Biweekly payment \+ statutory benefits \+ punctuality and attendance bonus \+ uniforms. * Workplace location: San Vicente Chuburná * Working hours: Monday–Friday, 8:30 am–6:00 pm; Saturday, 8:30 am–12:30 pm * Initial 3-month training on company processes.
