Job Summary: We are seeking a professional to document processes, implement and lead internal control projects, and propose continuous improvements. Key Highlights: 1. Requires advanced Excel skills and knowledge of internal control (COSO). **Key Responsibilities** \- Document processes, policies, and procedures across all departments. \- Implement and lead internal control projects. \- Conduct internal control reviews. \- Gather information and document findings. \- Track action plans. \- Support internal and external audits. \- Update risk and control matrices. \- Propose process and workflow improvements. **Requirements** Completed degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or related field, with technical knowledge in: \- Internal control (COSO, risk identification and controls). \- Development of risk matrices and procedures. \- Process mapping (BPMN, Visio, etc.). \- Auditing: compliance testing, sampling, and working papers. \- Advanced Excel and basic Power BI knowledge. \- Basic ERP knowledge (NEODATA or similar). \- Desired: Courses or diplomas in internal control, auditing, ISO, or process management. \- Preferred experience of 2 years in auditing, internal control, or process management, including process documentation and internal audit execution. **Skills** \- Attention to detail. \- Analytical ability. \- Organization and follow-up. \- Clear and assertive communication. \- Proactivity and focus on continuous improvement.
