The **primary mission** of this role is: To ensure accurate payroll administration and calculation, guaranteeing legal compliance, incident management, process adherence, cost control, and data analysis, as well as providing support to the Human Talent area in key processes—including employee assistance, hiring, training, personnel file management, and initiatives that strengthen workplace climate and corporate culture. **What we seek in you:** * Proactive, initiative-driven individual with a strong sense of urgency * Commitment to the team and results-oriented mindset * Responsible, organized, and positive-attitude individual * Solid knowledge of payroll calculation * Aptitude for calculations and attention to detail * Interest in interpersonal relationships * Ability to perform data analysis * Eagerness to learn and execute area-specific processes * Strategic vision for developing compensation strategies **Requirements for this position:** * 2–4 years of experience in Human Resources roles and activities * Experience processing IMSS registrations and terminations * 2 years of experience calculating and reviewing biweekly payrolls * Proficiency in Aspel NOI or CONTPAQi payroll software (mandatory) * 2 years of experience preparing and reviewing PTU, year-end bonus (Aguinaldo), and extraordinary payroll calculations * Calculation of severance payments, indemnities, and vacation bonuses * Experience using SUA, IDSE, and SIPARE systems * Experience calculating employer contributions **Knowledge requirements:** * Federal Labor Law, IMSS Law, Income Tax (ISR) Law * Calculation of IMSS, INFONAVIT, and FONACOT contributions * Use of the INFONAVIT employer portal * Termination-of-employment process * Hiring process * Training and onboarding process (desirable) * Human Resources department activities and procedures If this sounds like the perfect opportunity for you, if you’re excited to join a high-performing team, and if you meet the necessary requirements for this role, ***please send us your CV!*** If your profile matches this position, we’ll contact you to begin your selection process.
