




Position Summary: Provide service to human talent, following the processes and manuals established by the department. Key Responsibilities: 1. Responsible for recruitment and personnel selection. 2. Coordination of training and development programs. 3. Support in payroll processing and attendance incident management. ***Schedule:*** Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM to 4:36 PM ***Objective:*** Provide service to human talent, following the processes and manuals established by the department. Main Responsibilities: 1. Responsible for recruitment and personnel selection processes (Administrative and operational) 2. Coordination and implementation of training and development programs. 3. Support in payroll processing and attendance incident management. 4. Employee file administration and personnel movement tracking. 5. Monitoring of disciplinary policies, organizational climate, and labor relations. 6. Support in internal and external audits related to the Human Resources Department. ***Technical Knowledge:*** Payroll and attendance control system proficiency. Basic Mexican labor legislation. Interview techniques and candidate evaluation. Office software suite (Intermediate Excel). Training and organizational development management.
