We are seeking a **Fleet Analyst focused on Workshop**, responsible for ensuring operational control of electric vehicles undergoing diagnosis, repair, and maintenance, guaranteeing visibility, technical tracking, and efficiency in delivery timelines. **About the Role** This position is critical to maintaining control over the technical status of electric vehicles within the workshop, as well as ensuring proper coordination among operations, technicians, warehouse, and external suppliers. Your work will optimize repair times, reduce vehicle downtime, and ensure fleet operational availability. Responsibilities * Monitor the daily status of electric vehicles in the workshop (diagnosis, repair, waiting for parts, testing, and release). * Track work orders and repair timelines precisely. * Manage technical downtime and availability indicators. * Coordinate with technicians and suppliers regarding parts management. * Maintain documentation records for vehicle entries and exits from the workshop. * Administer information related to warranties and corrective/preventive services. * Prepare Excel reports on repair times, recurring causes, and workshop performance. * Identify failure patterns to support continuous improvement initiatives. * Ensure constant updates to the technical fleet database. Required Profile * Technical high school diploma, TSU, or Bachelor’s degree in a related field (Mechanical Engineering, Automotive Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or similar). * 1–2 years of experience in workshop control, automotive maintenance, or fleet management. * Experience with electric or hybrid vehicles is desirable. * Basic knowledge of automotive electrical systems. * Intermediate–advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, lookups, formulas). * Analytical, organized profile with strong operational focus. * Ability to coordinate and perform technical follow-up. **Schedule** Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM, with flexibility according to workshop operational needs.
