




Job Summary: Nuxiba LATAM is seeking a Database Analyst to analyze and propose improvements in call center contact strategies, identifying patterns and generating operational hypotheses. Create dashboards that enable performance understanding without technical interpretation At Nuxiba LATAM, we are looking for a **DATABASE ANALYST** with experience in call center contact operations, especially in SQL and system administration. **Responsibilities:** * Analyze historical and operational contact data to identify real opportunities for improvement * Analyze spam patterns using artificial intelligence, ANI wear-out, blocks, and low contact rates to generate technical and preventive recommendations * Detect behavioral patterns (timing, campaigns, ANIs, portfolios, attempts) * Generate operational hypotheses based on experience and data evidence * Propose adjustments to the dialing plan or operations based on analysis of historical and real-time data * Create dashboards enabling the PM, Implementation team, and client to understand performance without technical interpretation **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s or engineering degree in IT specializing in Information Systems, preferably with specialization, certification, or advanced courses in data analysis, business intelligence, or applied analytics * **Descriptive and comparative data analysis skills (Mandatory)** * Experience in call centers and knowledge of technical support * **Proficiency in Excel, SQL, and advanced Google Sheets (Mandatory)** * Power BI and basic automation desirable * Experience designing executive reports and interpreting operational KPIs * Operational knowledge of call centers (campaigns, attempts, ANIs, dialing) **We Offer:** * Benefits exceeding statutory requirements * Competitive salary commensurate with experience * Monday to Friday schedule * Grocery vouchers * Work location: Hilario Medina, León **(Must reside in León)** If you are interested in this opportunity and meet the above requirements, we invite you to apply.
