We are seeking a **Control Room Analyst** with a service-oriented mindset, attention to detail, and the ability to work under pressure. **Key Responsibilities:** * Monitor and track fleet units in real time using GPS systems. * Provide support and service to internal customers. * Provide daily operational support for equipment. * Identify, record, and report incidents. * Prepare reports and informational summaries. * Maintain constant communication with operations supervisors and management. * Supervise compliance with operational activities before, during, and after routes. * Conduct verification and investigation tasks regarding potential non-compliance by vehicles and operators. **Requirements:** * Technical education, incomplete university degree, or related field. * **Knowledge of:** Microsoft Excel, internet navigation, Google Maps, and Google Earth. * Analytical ability, organizational skills, and capacity to work under pressure.
