




Position Summary: We are seeking an Administrative Analyst to manage documents, coordinate schedules, prepare reports, and provide general support to various departments within the company. Key Responsibilities: 1. Manage and organize documents, files, and archives. 2. Prepare official letters, reports, quotations, and internal documents. 3. Provide telephone and in-person support to clients, suppliers, and internal staff. **We are looking for: Administrative Analyst** Location: Miguel Hidalgo, CDMX **Requirements:** * **Education:** Completed high school diploma or technical degree in administration (Bachelor’s degree in Administration or related field preferred). * **Experience:** 1–2 years in an administrative or similar role. **Main Responsibilities** * Manage and organize documents, files, and archives. * Prepare official letters, reports, quotations, and internal documents. * Coordinate schedules, meetings, calls, and visits. * Follow up on emails, procedures, and internal requests. * Enter data into systems and databases. * Monitor material inventory and place purchase orders as needed. * Assist in preparing administrative reports and presentations. * Provide telephone and in-person support to clients, suppliers, and internal staff. * Provide support to various departments as required (accounting, human resources, operations, etc.). **We Offer** * Monthly gross salary of $15,000 * 30-day year-end bonus * 16 vacation days **Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM (Fixed weekend rest on Saturday and Sunday)** Job Type: Full-time Salary: Starting from $15,000.00 per month Application Question(s): * Do you have experience as an administrative assistant? * The company is located a 10-minute walk from Metro Cuatro Caminos station; how far would you be from the office? * What is your Excel proficiency level?
