**OPENING: ANALYST** **Net monthly salary: $15,000 (commensurate with experience)** **Work location: Umán, Yucatán** A construction sector company is seeking an Analyst with solid experience in treasury, cash flow, and accounting systems management. This position involves supervision of support staff and reports directly to the Administration and Finance Department and Management. **Essential requirements:** * Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field * Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in similar roles * Proficiency in accounting software (Click Balance, CONTPAQi or similar) * Experience with electronic banking, bank reconciliations, cash flow, and daily reporting * Experience in cost control, financial analysis, payroll disbursement (tax and cash) * Ability to negotiate with banks and suppliers * Intermediate Excel skills **Required skills:** * Leadership, clear and direct communication * Financial planning, forecasting, auditing, and internal control * Accuracy, organization, problem-solving * Ability to work under pressure, commitment, initiative, and teamwork **Working conditions:** * Schedule: Monday to Friday from 8:00 to 17:00 hrs, Saturdays from 8:00 to 13:00 hrs * Statutory benefits \+ savings fund * Daily meals included **Key responsibilities:** * Daily monitoring of cash inflows and outflows * Preparation of liquidity forecasts * Management of short-term investments * Control of payments, collections, and bank accounts * Negotiation with financial institutions * Supervision of expenses, corporate cards, and accounts receivable * Preparation of financial reports for Management and Directors **Work relationships:** * Internal: General Management, Traffic and Logistics, Maintenance * External: Suppliers, banks, accounting firms, accounting systems **Selection process:** * Interview with HR * Psychometric evaluation * Interview with Management Interested candidates should submit their CV.
