PM ANALYST Responsible for programming service orders for preventive and corrective maintenance, as well as ensuring they are closed timely and properly within the billing plan. RESPONSIBILITIES: * Validate and track that the client's act is promptly recorded in the system * Upload to SAP the maintenance plan for each branch or client unit to ensure proper coordination of service by the operations leader. * Assign service dates, release corresponding service orders, and assign them to the appropriate personnel team to guarantee service fulfillment on the agreed date. * Generate service orders to handle emergency services * Generate purchase requests for budgets authorized by the client in order to subcontract work and fulfill agreements with clients * Create and/or keep updated information regarding job positions, route sheets, and technical locations to correctly generate service orders. * Verify that service orders meeting all completion criteria are closed in order to request the corresponding invoice * Follow-up on folios assigned in Mapcel WE OFFER: * Life insurance * Savings fund 7% * Career growth * Grocery vouchers 13% * Annual Christmas bonus of 15 days * Vacation time according to law * Vacation bonus 25% * Work schedule from Monday to Friday: 08:00 to 17:30 hours (including 1 hour for meals). * Saturdays: 08:30 to 14:00 hours (no meal break).
