Job Summary: We are seeking a Mechanical Welder to perform welding, preventive, and corrective maintenance tasks on crushing equipment, conveyor belts, and metal structures. Key Highlights: 1. Capacity to work in a team focused on achieving goals. We are a Mexican company dedicated to the production of construction aggregates. Worksite: Hunxectamán, Umán, Yuc. We are looking for a mechanical welder to join our team. In this position, you will be responsible for performing welding and maintenance tasks on our equipment. **Responsibilities:** * Perform welding work on crushing equipment, conveyor belts, and metal structures. * Repair cracks, wear, and fractures in hoppers, screens, crushers, etc. * Reinforce components. * Fabricate and adapt metal parts according to operational needs. * Inspect equipment to identify failures or wear. * Assist in disassembly and assembly of components. * Perform corrective and preventive maintenance. **Requirements:** * Experience in maintenance/repair of mechanical equipment and welding. * Proficiency with electric and cutting tools. * Corrective and preventive maintenance experience on metal structures. * Ability to work in an industrial environment and with heavy equipment. * Capacity to work in a team focused on achieving goals. * Ability to commute to the worksite. **We Offer:** * 5 working days per week and 2 rotating rest days. * Statutory benefits from day one. * Weekly salary payment. * \+ 5% Punctuality Bonus. * And more.
