Job Summary: We are seeking a Structural Drafter (Architect or Civil Engineer) to develop drawings, conduct field surveys, and perform material quantification. Key Responsibilities: 1. Material quantification for projects Vacancy: Structural Drafter – (Architect or Civil Engineer) On-site position in the municipality of Guadalupe, N.L. Working hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 am to 6:00 pm Duties to be performed: * Development of structural drawings, sketches, and details for concrete and steel structures. * Field survey of structural framing, dimensions, and cross-sections. * Material quantification (concrete, rebar, formwork, and structural steel). Requirements: * Minimum 1 year of verifiable experience in structural drawing. * Proficiency in Revit for concrete structure modeling is mandatory. * Advanced AutoCAD 2D (mandatory). * Intermediate AutoCAD 3D (mandatory). * Knowledge of welding symbols in drawings.
