Projects across different regions of the country Job Description: Falproc Proyectos Integrales seeks to incorporate a Construction Supervisor into its team, with availability to work at various locations nationwide. The position requires experience in construction execution, on-site leadership, and the ability to manage local personnel. The ideal candidate must be willing to travel constantly and work outside their city of origin, integrating stably into the company’s work team. **Main Responsibilities:** Supervise the technical and operational execution of projects on site. Hire and coordinate local labor for each construction project. Ensure compliance with quality, schedule, and safety standards on site. Report physical and administrative progress to the central office. Resolve operational contingencies and maintain direct communication with clients. **Requirements:** Proven experience supervising civil and industrial construction projects. Knowledge of civil works, steel structures, and installations (electrical, hydraulic, sanitary). Ability to coordinate work teams and contractors. Full availability to travel and temporarily reside in different states. Education: Engineering, Architecture, or related technical degree.
