




We are looking for an Operations Manager with a focus on major medical expense insurance, life insurance, and other products related to individuals, who will also actively participate in operations and administration. Key Responsibilities: Lead and develop the People Department team; Supervise quotations, policy issuance, renewals, and endorsements; Manage enrollments, cancellations, and changes in group policies; Implement process improvements within the department.
