Location: López Cotilla, San Pedro Tlaquepaque, Jalisco. **Job Requirements** * Bachelor’s degree or technical diploma in administration, finance, or related field. * Prior experience as an administrative assistant. * Solid knowledge of financial analysis and management. * Intermediate Excel proficiency. * ERP system knowledge (NetSuite preferred; SAP desirable). * Teamwork, internal communication, and organizational skills. **Job Responsibilities** * Electronic invoicing (CFDI 4.0, advance payments, payment complements). * ERP system handling (NetSuite preferred; SAP desirable). * Collaboration with the administrative team in managing documentation and internal processes. * Ability to organize, classify, and track tasks. * Meeting performance indicators. * Reconciliations. **Compensation and Additional Benefits** Monthly salary of $15,000.00 to $17,000.00.
