Main Responsibilities * Implement corrective and preventive actions to optimize processes and ensure product quality both at the freezer plant and ice-making facility and dock * Attend to various institutions visiting the company for inspections and audits at the freezer plant, ice-making facility and dock. * Prepare corresponding logs to ensure product quality. * Conduct inspections to verify that personnel comply with hygiene measures. \* Schedule and supervise vessels * Promote a culture of continuous improvement within the production team, encouraging efficient use of tools. Required Profile Education * Bachelor's degree in Biology, Chemical Engineering, Industrial Engineering or related field.
