**MV Headhunter is seeking a Project Coordinator in Mérida, Yucatán** ------------------------------------------------------------------ ###### **Key Challenges** Accurately and promptly manage large volumes of technical and documentary information. Control project changes and communicate impacts on scope, costs, and timelines. Ensure regulatory compliance and timely acquisition of permits. ###### **Role Summary** Responsible for planning, administering, and controlling technical information for the construction of premium residential towers, ensuring integration of design, engineering, regulations, and cost management at every project stage. ###### **Essential Requirements** These qualifications are mandatory to be considered for this position. Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or Civil Engineering (degree and professional license). Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit/BIM, Microsoft Project, and document management platforms. Minimum 3 years of experience coordinating executive construction or real estate projects. \*\*MUST HAVE INDUSTRIES\*\*: **Must have experience in: Construction \- Commercial High\-Rise (Office/Mixed\-Use), Construction \- Multifamily (Apartments/Condos)** ###### **Compensation Details** **Salary:**$20,000\.00 \- $22,000\.00 MXN monthly **Other Benefits:** Professional work environment in offices and onsite visits.
