Job Summary: We are seeking a Commercial Advisor to serve customers, assist with quotations, and promote consumption within the customer portfolio, with an interest in logistics. Key Highlights: 1. We are a national and international logistics company certified under ISO 9001:2015, and we are currently looking for: COMMERCIAL ADVISOR. Skills: Fluency in verbal communication (telephone, email, WhatsApp) is mandatory, Strong communication skills, Passion for customer service, Interest in LOGISTICS OPERATIONS. Proficiency in Office software, primarily Excel and Outlook Mail. Desirable: Persuasive ability, logistics expertise or supply chain knowledge, Canva, design, or digital marketing. Specific job functions and responsibilities: Serving business customers or new customers, Collecting documentation, information, and data required for customer quotations, Supporting sales executives in their activities, Increasing consumption by current portfolio customers, Assisting in customer onboarding, Requesting billing and service execution via the Letter of Instructions.
