Opportunity to work with SAP (desirable) A well-established Mexican company with over 60 years of experience in industrial pipe sales and distribution is seeking an Administrative Cashier. Requirements: Education: Minimum high school diploma; incomplete studies in Administration preferred. Knowledge of: Invoicing, Microsoft Office (especially Excel), and cash handling. Skills or attributes: Strong oral and written communication skills, cash handling proficiency, teamwork, and initiative. Software proficiency: Microsoft Office, SAP (desirable). Experience: Minimum 2 years. Age: 25 years or older. Responsibilities: Support the administrative department by actively participating in the following tasks: 1\. Invoicing. 2\. Collections via various payment methods. 3\. Customer service. 4\. Custody and control of petty cash. 5\. Validation of invoices on the SAT portal. 6\. Data entry in Microsoft Office and SAP system. 7\. General filing. 8\. Preparation and submission of reports. We offer: * Gross monthly salary of MXN 12,500 \+ MXN 1,000 in food vouchers. \+ Monthly bonus of up to 30% of base salary upon successful completion of probation period.
