




Café Sabina We’re Looking for Your Talent "Service Shift Supervisor" **Job Objective** Ensure a warm, efficient, and well-organized customer service experience at Café Sabina by providing comprehensive support for daily store operations—covering cashier, service, and bar functions as required per shift—and assisting with basic supplier-related processes to guarantee uninterrupted service. **Key Responsibilities** **Service and Daily Operations** * Process payments at the cash register, handle cash properly, and operate the bank terminal correctly. * Cover waitstaff duties during breaks, absences, or peak customer traffic periods. * Actively assist the service team when the café is at full capacity, ensuring timely and courteous customer service. * Cover and support bar operations during barista breaks or periods of high demand. * Maintain a friendly, empathetic, and brand-aligned service attitude consistent with Café Sabina’s style and values. * Assist in identifying needs and submitting requests for supplies and products from suppliers. * Follow up on supplier order and payment processes, as directed by the Chef and Baker. * Verify availability of key supplies to ensure smooth shift operations. **Prior Knowledge Required:** * Waitstaff experience * Barista skills * Cashier experience **Schedule and Location:** Monday to Sunday (weekday day off) 7:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. Av.
