We are currently seeking a passionate, dedicated, and responsible French pastry chef who wishes to grow within a company committed to high-quality standards. Our restaurant specializes in breakfast brunch, French artisanal bakery, and pastry, adhering strictly to hygienic and quality processes. **Responsibilities:** · Proper food handling (FIFO compliance, adherence to hygiene and cleaning procedures) · General cleaning of the pastry kitchen. · Production and pre-production of various dessert preparations. · Weighing and preparing recipes according to the Executive Chef’s instructions. **Ideal Candidate Profile:** · Bachelor’s degree in Gastronomy, or Technical Diploma in Food & Beverage or Gastronomy, or related field. · Passion and expertise in French pastry. · Excellent personal presentation. · Strong attention to detail. · Experience working under quality and hygiene standards. · Proactive and self-motivated. **At Petit Delice, You Will Receive:** · Opportunity for professional growth and development within the company. · Fixed morning schedule: 6:00 AM – 3:30 PM · Complimentary staff meals · Statutory benefits from day one · Base salary commensurate with experience If you are motivated by new professional challenges, apply now and learn more about us!
