At **Fibrit de México**, we are looking for a **Construction Crew Leader** to coordinate activities related to **fiber optic cable installation, ducting, civil works, and aerial and underground infrastructure installation**. You will be responsible for guiding the field team, ensuring work quality, and maintaining constant communication with the Operations department. **Main responsibilities:** * Supervise and coordinate construction personnel in the field. * Ensure compliance with technical drawings and specifications. * Verify the proper use of materials and tools. * Coordinate ducting, conduit, pole, manhole, and chamber works. * Report daily progress and incidents to the Operations department. * Ensure compliance with safety and hygiene regulations at the site. **Requirements:** * Minimum of **1 year of experience in construction, civil works, or fiber optic cable installation.** * Knowledge of reading blueprints and crew supervision. * **Leadership and personnel management skills.** * Valid driver's license (desirable). * Availability for fieldwork and travel.
