Position Summary: We are seeking an Operational Audit Deputy Manager to support strategy development and ensure independent evaluation of internal controls, risk management, and compliance. Therefore, we seek committed, honest collaborators eager to join our UNSTOPPABLE FORCE as: Operational Audit Deputy Manager POSITION OBJECTIVE Support and assist the Operational Audit Deputy Directorate in developing strategies for the independent and objective evaluation of the effectiveness of internal control systems, risk management, and compliance with laws and regulations. MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES * Plan and coordinate the work of internal auditors and senior auditors. * Supervise audit results and issue corresponding reports. * Supervise and follow up on action plans of audited areas. * Support the Operational Audit Deputy Directorate in defining strategic objectives and ensuring their execution and compliance. * Control travel expense budgets for auditors. * Design, implement, and ensure execution of techniques to monitor internal control through Internal Auditors at branches. * Present audit results to Management and involved departments regarding deviations identified at branches. * Establish training, feedback, growth, and development plans for staff under supervision. * Conduct on-site supervision visits to staff under supervision Theoretical-Technical Knowledge: * Auditing (Auditing Standards) * Internal Control * Accounting * Risk Control * Strong Soft Skills Academic Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Public Accounting, or Economics and Administrative Sciences. Master’s degree (desirable). (Only degree holders) Additional Benefits and Perks Gross monthly salary: $33,000 GROSS Statutory benefits Life insurance Work locations: GDL - CDMX. Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 am to 6:30 pm. Hybrid model: attending the office 3 days per week and working remotely the rest
