We seek commercial advisors with consultative sales experience and a results-oriented approach who want to grow in the real estate sector with a highly competitive income structure. What will you do? * Prospect and follow up with clients interested in residential lots * Provide commercial advisory services and accompany clients throughout the purchasing process * Manage qualified leads provided by the company * Conduct timely follow-up until sale closure * Compile client files and coordinate the commercial process * Achieve monthly sales targets Profile: * Desired age: 22 to 45 years old * Minimum 3 years of sales experience * At least 2 years of experience in the real estate sector * Experience in consultative sales (real estate, automotive, insurance, financial services, or related fields) * Strong negotiation and closing skills * Goal- and results-oriented * Excellent commercial attitude and follow-up capability We Offer: * Fixed base salary of $9,000 MXN net per month * 3% commission per sale * Estimated monthly commission income: $30,000 MXN * Qualified leads * Sales tools * Ongoing training * Excellent work environment Salary: $9,000\.00 \- $30,000\.00 per month Workplace: On-site employment
